I understand that submitting an application is not an acceptance or reservation; payment follows written acceptance and scope; these services are not therapy, legal advice or crisis care; and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Pay in full is always available. Approved payment plans are finite—not open-ended subscriptions. For the Narrative Legacy Activation Sprint™, the current rate is $2,600 paid in full or two automatic payments of $1,300; the second payment is charged on the earlier of 30 calendar days after the first payment or immediately before final delivery. Other payment schedules, including terms for the Narrative Leadership Journey™ and Narrative Advisement™, are confirmed in a written agreement before work begins.

If the scope changes, the terms change in writing before the work does. Nobody should have to guess what they are paying for—or when.
